Not a good location if you don't have a car, cafe has limited (but delicious) options, the mini convenience store is very small - a part of the cafe. Dorm rooms are okay and clean, bringing extra storage is necessary unless if you have very, very few personal items.

Good enough rooms, could be bigger and definitely cheaper especially for International students. Café food is okay, Internet via Ethernet is very very fast (>100Mbps)
