Great One to one assigned customer experience. Very patient middle aged malay guy i forgot his name. Price is transparent. No hard selling of pricier stuff and do comparisons with cheaper similar items. The shop tests every item’s functionality with your witness before getting it out the door.

Srijaya helped us for 2.5hrs with all our needs. She shows us the lights and fan which is suitable for Singapore. She didn’t have a lunch and helped us all the way, she suggest for us and her attitude to help us will very good. I am so happy with her customer service and I love the lights here. A lot of good variety of selection.
