The price and location is good u can just grab..but in terms of amenities like heater the hot water not really working..and tv is just singapore channels..malaysia channels there not regular if it matters ..cleanliness is excellent. Its Non carpet the room 101 we are in.

The pillow inside is yellow stain. Toilet is not clean and the sink is clogged, water go down so slow. No exhaust fan. No eateries nearby except mcdo and giant which is 5-10mins walk. 20mins from jb sentral. Bus stop in front of hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room need improvements.
