Surprisingly pleasant place with two floors stocked with F&B outlets, stores selling clothings and much more. We came here obviously for Jalan Jalan Japan for some treasure hunting, so was quite a pleasant place to browse around and kill time. Overall it was not bad, and there's ample parking space outside too.

Shops are ok. Most of the time kip mall aircon is out of service. Unbearable on hot days
