No spoon and forks for cafeteria diners until I have had to pick up some used spoon and fork and do my own cleaning. Tables are all still not cleaned with few flies flying around. The male toilet greets its users with heavy second hand smoke. BLEAK.

Recommended for lunch food court here. Covered car park with reasonable price. Not so crowded. Also got famous wantan Mee, well known milk tea branch.
