One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff (Chinese specky lady) was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, she shouted at me (in front of my kids and other customers) when I asked her to speak politely. Completely unacceptable behavior. Management needs to take this seriously.

The staffs were bad attitude and bad services, asking for help but act unwilling to help, lazy and just focus talking with colleagues. Only The malay slim girl cashier is nice and politely.
