i asked to straighten my top and do light curls at the bottom. but use curler to straighten? very bad experience as a first timer. please do as customer requested. its not so hard. my hair turned out very very ugly. bad bad bad!

Went here quite some time ago - but was charged almost 480 for just hair cut and treatment - feel cheated as stylist did not even tell me the price before hand (maybe salon has no customer post covid time)
