cashier's service was bad, very not welcoming and not friendly at all. please change lah. i have experienced this twice and the service were the same. luckily the sales assisstant was good.

Worst customer service. The boss don't even bother to serve the client just care about taking photo of the shop. While trying the shoes they even took the shoes from us and put it back to the display rack just to take photos. Ask them to take bigger size to try mostly they say no size. And don't even want to serve you. Worst Bata ever

Very bad customer service.. rude!! They are lazy to take diff size.
