I went to their Shell Cafe to order latte. Staff named Oui informed me of the drink + pastry combo promotion and I went with that instead. Oui and the barista, Rafee is polite and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant customer experience. Tasty pastry (I had chocolate roll) and the latte was well made.

Reopened after temporarily closed for renovation. It now has a new look and also a drive thru Coffee bean & tea leaf cafe.
