I’m sorry to say this but the customer service is poor. Pitching a sale and took tik tok video for marketing but the follow up is quite dissapointing. Might as well buy things at shoppee. I hope it wont happen to others- my advice is; when customer in trouble pls help them find a solution- not to antagonize further.
