Hospital Kuala Kangsar

I am happy to give 5 stars to this hospital. I was involved in road accident. I called the ambulance and they arrived to scene in 10mins. Then I received emergency treatment for wounds treatment in 10mins. Staffs are nice and polite.

I arrived at emergency on 3 pm because I got stung by a wasp and i waited until 5. No service, my hand is swollen, i feel itchy, aching, and worst i can feel my throat closing. And at the end i gave up and run to the nearest clinic instead

Terrible service. Patients are not monitored. Doctor at the emergency was restless and inconsiderate. The male nurse at the ward was helpful though.. well, you can't expect much when you want free medical services! :(((((
