Hire purchase department is not having enough staff, the numbers are not moving. Not so systematic in managing customer waiting time and matters. It take so slow to handle customer ,1 person take 1 hour ..what is this ???!!!

What is wrong with the car loan department? I've been calling them thru different numbers for a solid 45 minutes, and not a single person answered?! At one point, someone legit picked up the phone just to hang up on me immediately!
