For a well-established brand with relatively high prices, customers would expect better service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming and did not assist in helping customers choose the correct size.

The worst employee ever!!! Last month i went to the store because i received email from mimpikita said that my order dah ready but when i ask the staff dorang kata barang tak ready, turns out saya tak dapat barang yang saya order sebab mostly size tiada and the staff was very rude and main phone je.
