The doctor is not in the clinic during consultation hours. We wait for 50 minutes, and we are suggested to go to other clinic after waiting. We are ushered to wait outside eventhough there’s no other patient inside the clinic. Wasting people’s time and so inconsiderate about customers’ predicament.
