Ok, let's start with the architecture; the exterior is a little bit dull but the interior is so marvelous! It's a great combination of retro art deco & contemporary futuristic. The vibes are so welcoming, I'm attending for the reporting day. Then again, the access is very restricted.

Came here to attend my daughter kindergarten graduation cum concert. Lots of parking and the building is spacious. However, limited seating outside while waiting to go inside the auditorium.

Attended training conducted by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). Place is easy to find, free and plenty of car park lots. Surrounding landscape is like a resort with a lake nearby. The building interior is well maintained although a bit dated i.e. in need of a renovation.
