Very very very very bad and hopeless customer service! Not responsive at all. Wonder why they even have a phone number.. they can only sweet talk. Never trust their sweets words bcz the professionalism is totally zero. As future married couple, we always wanted to avoid this kind of vendor at all cost.

Had a worst experience served by so called owner lady of this shop, order hundreds of invitations and mostly received in defected manner, no updates or follow from the Indian lady on the development of the invitation, and whenever we called and follow up with the lady, she gave a cut nose kind of reply.

Very very inexperienced printer. Many times edited still the outcome is not there . She doesn’t even know how to do up with soft copy invitation . Really make a big mistake by choosing this printer useless. Please don’t waste your money …
