The service was great but the product was poorly designed. I bought some bracelet and the lock broke in just 2days after buying it. Just able to wear it in one day.

I went to buy a necklace and at Thamarai they had a great bargain of rm10/g for workmanship charges .The customer service was top notch. Mr Jensen , Mr Grihan and Mr Dinesh was very courteous. I bought more than I planned. Thank you very much. Will definitely come again
