bad service gila, 4 times i order grab here and FOUR TIMES they ignored it. when its still just 9 in the morning??? how come sold out or that busy already meh? lazy bunch of workers is the way i see it.

Need to improve services. Customer can wait , but maybe can let them know how long is the duration for you to prepare the food. We understand your situation. We willing to understand if you also ready to improve.
