Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was clean, though the bathroom—especially the shower area—was a bit small. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay; we were informed it was due to renovation work on the second floor. The room package included breakfast for two, which was a nice addition.

Had lunch with old friends. Ala carte only afte 2pm. Buffet lunch includes soup, desserts. Main dish is white rice. Reasonable price as main reason choosing this place was to meet old friends. Ample parking space. Friendly staff. Can have meals indoor or outdoor.

Had iftar at Hotel UITM Shah Alam, and for RM65/pax, it was pretty much what you’d expect. There was no “kambing golek”, only lamb grill, which was tough and hard to chew. The grilled chicken lacked flavor and was poorly seasoned. The rest …
