Really bad service ! Appointment at 10am but end up took 6 hours for the normal car service . It’s ridiculous!! If there’s so less workers, please reduce your appointment number and make it more efficient. Everyone time is precious. Will never come back to this service centre. I hope Mazda Malaysia can take this seriously.

Really bad service from the reception staff all the way through the whole experience. I’ve seen many negative reviews before coming here, and it’s sad to see nothing has improved even after so long. The staff definitely need proper customer service training. The attitude was very poor!
