Slow service, very rude staff, always no money when people want to put things in, it doesn't seem right for a financial institution to not have capital to give to pawnbrokers, yapeim is not a small company. so, money is not an issue.. sorry …

The counter service is the slowest!! The people inside didn't even get to 5 people and had to wait for almost 2 hours. What are those inside doing? Please upgrade a little and don't make people wait so long outside!!
