Good location. Large hotel room. Equipped with elevator. Most of the time, no hot water. Rubbish bin full of garbage. This is a bad impression for me.

For a medium level hotel, this definitely should be your choice. I have no problem living in here during my outstation period in Labuan. It has great access to places in the city. The employees are all welcoming. The only downside is probably the low coverage of wifi.
