Basic amenities in the rooms should be well maintained. Request for the faulty shower head to be replaced was not done and no replenishment of toilet tissue even though it's finished. If hotel wished to continue stay in business, need to seriously revamp the whole business operation, perhaps need to total refurnish the whole hotel.

This hotel is design in colonial style with very friendly service from all the staff. Our trip starting from Kuching airport on arrival till took off are well arranged x 4 days. 6 of us occupying 3 rooms. Rooms are a bit old but well …
