Too slow, handle 1 customer in one hour. I got my ticket on 3:11pm and waited till 3:53 pm for my turn. And i dont know how much time before the previous customer go to the counter before i enter the TM point. And more over they did not …

I recently visited TM Point and was extremely disappointed with the service. The waiting time was unbearably long, even though there were only a few customers ahead of me. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making the entire experience frustrating. Not recommended at all.
