Food is great Only one counter is open and the staff is busy doing other things The matcha sofuto always out of stock

The service is bad. 4 staffs in the store only one staff attend the customers. Waited for almost half an hour infront the counter, still no one serves. Already 11.00am, shelves are still empty.
