The clinic is opened on weekends (Saturday for Johor State). The service is quite slow. The admin staff doesn't seem to be able to manage the queue well despite using computerised queueing system. However, it does provide plenty of seats for waiting. The doctor is ok, with sufficient explanation. The medicine ok. Price is acceptable.

Main buat je procedure tanpa inform pesakit. Turn out harga mahal dah lebih kurang hospital private. Will go direct to private hospital after this. Will not come again to this clinic.

Very slow service. Came for my son diarrhea said tummy ok but in the end need to go to other clinic coz still have diarrhea lagi. After waiting 1.5 hours for nothing. Not recommended. Hope later company change the panel also.
