Many other GH visiting hours is 1-8pm during weekend. I have double checked before came all the way from malacca through JKN website. Arrive here around 3pm but not allowed to enter. Need to wait for the next visiting hours session. What time do you expect me to arrive melaka?and im working some more.

The worst waiting time at the Urology Clinic in HTAA. No queue ticket given. Patients are all waiting for more than half a day. What is the efficiency of the doctors & nurses & medical assistants? Have KKM really look into the efficiency level of the staff?
