Extremely disappointing service. I booked a 3pm slot but was kept waiting until 4:30pm. The technician later called to say he could only arrive after 5 due to their own error, despite me informing them upfront that I had a 5pm commitment. No proper resolution was provided. Highly inefficient—recommend going with another agency.
