It has been closed down recently. Don't know why. Shame because they serve great shell out. What's left of the building is Kolej Komuniti, UMNO headquarters and maybe swiftlets house. The eatery place is good with open air facing the forest.

This hotel used to be a good place to stay. Now due to lack of maintenance and also as a result from an aged property, it needs a refurbishment works!

Old concept hotel... Located at town lipis... Very convenienced and value for money...Got Cafe and Recreation Area.
