I'm not sure why so many complaints but for me, some food items at Super Seven are cheaper and fresher than the wet market and Econsave. Eg. Frozen tilapia fillet RM6, if you go YSK at least RM8 or 9. Plus the staff are quite OK to assist with any requests.
