Nothing much. Just a space withing a limited area for toilet using and during this off peak season, all I noticed is just one stall. Selling snacks and drinks. Toilet? Clean. I had no qualms easing myself. Other than that, expect least from Kuantan R & R, unless maybe if you are popping by during holidays. Just saying and I am assuming.

Rest stop near Kuantan town on east coast high way. East to find and park. Huge place with wash room facilities and food stalls.
