I ordered a the Caramel Ramen. I can taste the caramel but no sight of caramel sauce on top or in the drink. The ramen doesn't look like ramen at all. More like mashed egg. Also, the guy at the counter didn't want to scan my card code. How can I get points?

hi why lama nak ade machine for card kan katsitu ramai student and they have a card credit/debit but we can’t use at tealive mmg la korg ade barcode but sometimes we dont have bank app to scan that so hopefully have machine card cepat plis
