I’m so glad that I brought my mum to visit Dr.Chang. I love how patient and humble when he explained to the elderly. (He spent around 20-30 minutes consulting my mum) I was shocked at the total bill because it was so affordable. (My mum did a basic blood test and injections on her injured knees)

Dr. Chang is one of the nicest guy I know, has a lot of patience, explains well n always smiling. I had lived in Seri Sentosa for around 20 years n I had never changed doctors till I moved out from that area.
