Rude staff, ask nicely but turn out he harassed me. I ask if can i keep my bicycle in lobby, just small area… but the staff very rude. In penang i ask 5 star hotel if can keep in lobby, but the staff ask to bring my bicycle in room. That is 5 star… if cannot bring just tell with politely.. i ok…(the photo is 5 star hotel)

You can't go wrong staying here since it is strategically located in the middle of all types of eating shops. Walk further up, there's Ipoh Parade. The air con is super cold and hot water is available. Very classic and nostalgic feel. Love it!
