Customer service is ok and fast response. The hotel feel haunted and eerie feeling, no other guests. Not advisable to stay here for solo traveller. The biggest red flag is we had to pay extra rm16 for a pillow.

Looks like an abandoned and haunted building from outside. Thank God the inside is okay... Simple, clean rooms, but quite old. The lifts seem to be the most updated part of the hotel.
