Came to open pink book on monday. Was told to come next time on tuesday-thursday. Followed the instruction, came on tuesday next week on 7.30am. Still not settle by 12.30pm. Nurse said its already too late, asked to wait 2 pm to meet the doctor. I'm beyond devastated due to lateness of service despite all the staffs are polite.
