Love this hotel, will come again. Very big with low price. Strategic location and the reception is very humble. Toilet is big with bath tub. Satisfied.

Location is good, facing the Sipitang Esplanade and ample of parking space. Staff was friendly and informative. However, don't expect to have cosy and clean room. Stay only if you have no other choice, before continuing your journey the next day.
