Its a moderate place to play bowling.There's a cinema but the quality is bad..got few shops selling clothings and phone accessories..food wise, there's KFC and Mcd ice cream and some hawker stalls & Restaurant at basement..

As of 17 Nov 2022, only three shops open, all escalators not in operation. In the end of Nov 2022, Skudai Parade is dead, power supply already cutoff.
