I went to help my uncle to register OKU. The process is fast as long as completed form is submitted. And we just need to scan the QR code after 1 month to check if the application is successful or not.

We were there on Feb 12 to change OKU card to the QR version. After presented the required documents (digital copy of photo ) to the officer, En Mohamad, the new card was ready in 20 minutes. Two thumbs up for his excellent service !!
