Not too bad. The place is abit run down. But then it has everything in the vicinity. Its considered a huge shopping center for a small town like that.

The store is friendly and not too crowded but there are many things that are must buy. We love to explore here.

Not so far from Batu Pahat city. Nothing much as compared to other shopping malls. It has two parking areas which are basement and roof top parkings. Not to forget open air parking lot outside the mall. The good thing for this mall is its parking lot is free to park.
