Got a very BAD experience in this summer mall eco shop for a first timer. This cashier is very RUDE and she's talking to me in high note. Manager should really teach their staff on how to do a customer service properly. Your staff in this yellow shirt dont know how to speak properly with respect. Show some respect next time!!

Ask customer to change another one with barcode by ourselves after queue up a long long queue ok fine because they don't have enough worker but after changing the thing I had to re-queue even though it was my turn just now...

there's A LOTS OF COUNTER but didnt function!! why dont u guys hire cashier based on how many counter there.. where is supervisor or manager when there problem with their system.. dah laa beratur panjang.. 2 jak kaunter bukak bila part baya …
