Honestly from my own experience, I would say Dr. Foo seemed only focused on supplying medicine. There was no proper examination or basic checks - not even a temperature reading. In that case, I might as well have just bought medicine from a pharmacy. They charged for a consultation, but it didn't feel like one at all.
