We visited the Longchamp Pavilion earlier today around 4:30 PM and found the level of customer service to be disappointing. One of the staff members (Malay guy) appeared unfriendly and not very attentive. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that the store can continue to improve its overall customer service experience

This is my favourite Longchamp boutique ever. I urge to keep coming back to this store because of the amazing customer service that they offer. Mr Kheirul never failed to impress me with his hospitality. I never leave the store unsatisfied. Keep up the great work.
