Poor choice of Christmas decorations and unfriendly staff. The shop looks more like a Chinese prayer store. Price tag was wrongly placed, causing me to pay more. When I asked, there was no proper explanation—just “sudah salah.” Disappointing experience.

Less variety of goods for sale as compared to the first 2 years to 3 years when it first operated. Not so interesting to browse through the items displayed.

The manager who is from Bangladesh is extremely rude . I witnessed him being rude to the customer and was also rude to me. I would suggest never go to that outlet . However the cashier was polite.
