The lady worker did a good job keeping the place clean and neat, homely place, good location , walking distance to whole tawau town. But the night guard smoke too much, until the room can smell it :(

Good value for money. I am staying in room 5 which is a single room and it has air conditioner, ceiling fan and TV. Bathroom is on sharing basis. The cost is RM50. Location is ideal and within walking distance to town. The homestay is clean and receptionist are helpful enough.

This place is quite clean compare to other small homestay I've been in tawau. The price are very reasonable as well. Good service from the hosts, very helpful. Wi-Fi is provided and working very well, not like some homestay who provided slow connection Wi-Fi. Overall this place is good, will come back anytime we're in tawau.
