Really disappointed with the Queue num given not even follow by orders....giving priority to late comers... early birds need to wait like more than 3 hours to meet doctor....need alot of improvement in make it fast it handling patients.... Feel like wasted almost half day at klinik just to meet a doctor appointment

If can event want to cancel the 1 start. Super slow and jz ask you to seat one side and never inform what next .. just seat there for two hours with nothing then end up gv me nothing and I leave.. is that how you treat sick patients?? Their …
