The room was ok. A little tired looking with sone touch up required. However, the service by Doorman, Wellman, Reception, Coffee House and Tao restaurant was excellent. To name a few, Amir, Satish, Ann, Chao @ Tao were helpful, courteous and kind. Well done!

Superb Hotel ... Unforgettable experience.. Delicious Breakfast spacious room. Good Location. Just 800M walking distance from Twin Tower. All amenities outstanding. With in two month I stay here 3 time . Thanks so much make my stay comfortable and life long luxurious experience. Must visit again .
